What is a Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage:
Brazilian MLD is a specialised, rhythmic massage technique designed to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid around the body. The Brazilian style is often more dynamic and sculpting-focused than traditional gentle lymphatic drainage.
What Happens during Brazilian MLD treatment:
I use a combination of my hands and wooden tools with light to firm rhythmic strokes, pumping movements and sweeping techniques to encourage movement towards the lymph nodes.
